Global Forest Generation (GFG) is a US based NGO which develops multi-country, large-scale, forest restoration projects internationally. It was founded in 2018 with the mission of delivering large-scale and long-term restoration of priority forest ecosystems by planting the right species in the right places. The focus of GFG is to overcome obstacles to forest ecosystem protection and restoration at scale and plant native species in partnership with local communities, NGOs, universities, businesses and governments.
